Trois aspects of robotics research at the LS2N
Discover three aspects of robotics research at the the Laboratory of Digital Sciences of Nantes (LS2N). Rob'Autism is a program for adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) which offers therapeutic support based on robotic, cultural and artistic mediation. Initiated by the association Robot !, it is also supported by the Ecole Centrale de Nantes. RobEcolo is a parallel manipulator made of wood developed in collaboration with the Ecole supérieure du bois de Nantes. A fleet of electric fish-like robots capable of evolving autonomously and interacting with each other thanks to technology inspired by nature, developped to assess and protect the ecosystem of the Venetian Lagoon.
CNRS Images,
Our work is guided by the way scientists question the world around them and we translate their research into images to help people to understand the world better and to awaken their curiosity and wonderment.
