Glider SeaExplorer branché à un ordinateur pour contrôler ses paramètres de fonctionnement et télécharger ses données. Ce glider autonome, qui se déplace en planant par remplissage d’un ballast et rotation de son bloc batterie, peut mesurer des paramètres physiques (température, salinité, courant, etc.), biogéochimiques (oxygène, fluorescence, etc.) et acoustiques de l'environnement sous-marin, en plongeant jusqu'à 700 m de profondeur.
