Stepper pour la lithographie haute résolution par projection. Il fait partie des équipements de la ligne dédiée à la microfabrication de composants piezoélectriques de type SAW (Surface acoustic waves). Cette microfabrication est réalisée dans les salles blanches de l'Institut FEMTO-ST. L'une des originalités du projet consiste à partager cette ligne entre la recherche et l'industrie. Cette plateforme technologique sera unique en France et se positionne donc dans un schéma de concurrence mondiale.
