Porte-échantillon monté à l'intérieur de la chambre d'un MEB (Microscope électronique à balayage). Cet appareil permet de caractériser les échantillons en cours ou en fin de process. Il permet également d'obtenir des images topographiques d'une résolution maximale de 10 nm et de réaliser une analyse élémentaire grâce à l'EDS (Energy dispersive spectroscopy).
