Sarcelles, 1997 AD
One of the most ancient Christian people, the Chaldeans, has exiled in France. Eight thousands of them have settled in the city of Sarcelles, located in the Parisian suburb. They speak Aramaic, the Christ ' s original language, and are very attached to their traditions and culture. One part of this culture, the cooking, is very important for the preservation of links and relations between families.
