Etude de la photoluminescence d'une structure laser. L'objectif est le développement de nouvelles sources infrarouges plus performantes en termes de puissance, de température de fonctionnement, et de pureté spectrale. Les applications visées sont la spectroscopie moléculaire, la détection de gaz polluants, les communications optiques directes et d'autres applications utilisant les fenêtres de transparence atmosphérique.
