Profil obtenu par gravure chimique humide après lithographie, image numérique obtenue au Microscope Electronique à balayage. Profil original dû à la cinétique de gravure différente sur chaque matériau d'un VCSEL (Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser : laser à cavité verticale intégrée émettant par la surface).
