Jean Perrin and the Molecular Reality

Compilation of three stock films presenting Jean Perrin (1870-1942), a physicist, member of the Institute and Nobel laureate, who dedicated his life to the study of atoms and molecules: a speech given at the occasion of the 40th birthday of the discover of radium, and two films directed by Jean Perrin himself in 1923, dealing with the Brownian motion and the liquid thin films.
