Laser à semi-conducteurs émettant dans le bleu/violet
Laser à semi-conducteurs (puce) émettant dans le bleu/violet fabriqué par l'EPFL (école polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). L'injection électrique est réalisée par une pointe effilée en contact avec l'électrode du laser. La lumière est ensuite collectée par une lentille pour être analysée.
