Le CyCab, véhicule électrique urbain, suit une trajectoire apprise à partir d'une localisation par GPS (guidage par satellite). Il peut évoluer sur terrain plat, faiblement accidenté. Il peut suivre n'importe quelle trajectoire préalablement apprise et mémorisée. Le passage de piétons est détecté par un télémètre à balayage.
