Étude comparative des réactions chimiques du métabolisme des lipides chez deux espèces
La prise en compte de connaissances symboliques permet d’affiner la comparaison de voies métaboliques entre plusieurs espèces en quantifiant la similarité et la particularité. Les applications ont concerné le métabolisme des lipides dans un contexte d’élevage en collaboration avec l’INRAe, et l’étude des stéatoses hépatiques avec l’Inserm.
