Paramétrage de la commande d'un banc de caractérisation électrique de composants à grand gap (WBG), en régime extrême de fonctionnement et circuit intégré de commande rapprochée (gate-driver) associé. L'objectif est d'étudier la robustesse en court-circuit de composants de puissance au carbure de silicium SiC (1200 V – 1700 V / 90 A) et au nitrure de gallium GaN (650 V / 50 A).
