Elimination du gel d'acrylamide après le transfert de protéines. Il s'agit ici d'un transfert de protéines exprimées transitoirement chez "Nicotiana benthamiana", d'un gel d'acrylamide vers une membrane de nitrocellulose. Le marqueur de poids moléculaire, visible sur la membrane, est le signe que les protéines ont été correctement transférées.
