Observatoire Vallot (4362 m) sur l’arête des Bosses, sous le sommet du mont Blanc, Haute-Savoie. L’Observatoire, dont la vocation est de permettre des études scientifiques à haute altitude, accueille régulièrement des programmes de recherche de l’Institut des géosciences de l’environnement (IGE). D’importants moyens déployés par le CNRS ont permis de le rénover en 2017.
