Installation d'un échantillon sur un porte-objet, avant son introduction et son analyse dans un microscope électronique en transmission (MET, JEOL ACCEL ARM200F). Cette technique d'analyse permet d'obtenir des informations sur la morphologie, la structure cristallographique et la composition chimique de l'échantillon jusqu'à l'échelle atomique.
