Système de détection d’un banc de spectrométrie angulaire pour l’analyse de la lumière réfléchie, transmise ou diffractée par un échantillon. La gamme spectrale couvre le visible et l’infrarouge de 400 nm à 16 µm grâce à l’utilisation d’un spectromètre à transformée de Fourier. Le montage goniométrique a une résolution angulaire de plus ou moins 0,5 °C. Il est utilisé pour la caractérisation de structures nanophotoniques (plasmonique, cristaux photoniques, métasurfaces,…) et de dispositifs photovoltaïques.
