Echantillon d'ADN de bactéries avec un gène d'intérêt, placé dans une machine d'amplification

Sample of bacterial DNA with a gene of interest, placed in a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification machine. PCR amplification of this sample makes it possible to obtain a large number of copies. The goal is to produce plasmids for inclusion in viruses, as part of a gene therapy process.

CNRS Images,

Our work is guided by the way scientists question the world around them and we translate their research into images to help people to understand the world better and to awaken their curiosity and wonderment.
