Aquatic microcosms: a chemostat developed by e-marin’lab and CEREEP-Ecotron. The temperature, light and nutriment conditions in such microcosms, which contain only a few litres of water, are tightly controlled. These microcosms are dedicated to the study of communities or populations of aquatic micro-organisms.
