Ce microscope à émission de champ cathode froide corrigé sonde, est couplé à un spectromètre EDS SDD CENTURIO et à un spectromètre de perte d'énergie des électrons (EELS) GIF QUANTUM ER. Il est dédié à la caractérisation structurale et chimique des échantillons à l’échelle atomique.
