Mesure de conductivité sur monocristal. Connexion électrique du porte-échantillon sur la canne. L'échantillon est un cristal (typiquement 1x0,1x0,1 mm) connecté électriquement au porte-échantillon. La canne est introduite dans une enceinte thermo-régulée. La résistance du cristal est mesurée en fonction de la température. Cette mesure est effectuée dans le cadre d'une étude sur les matériaux conducteurs pour l'électronique.
