Un bâti d'épitaxie par jets moléculaires RIBER Compact 21. Observation de la diffraction RHEED (Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction) pendant la croissance d'une structure laser. L'objectif est le développement de nouvelles sources infrarouges plus performantes en termes de puissance, de température de fonctionnement, et de pureté spectrale. Les applications visées sont la spectroscopie moléculaire, la détection de gaz polluants, les communications optiques directes et d'autres applications utilisant les fenêtres de transparence atmosphérique.
