Detail of photovoltaic panels on the facade of the building. This building incorporates various ways of generating electrical energy: photovoltaic panels of various types, with a peak supply of 100 kW, and 24 photovoltaic converters. Adream (an acronym in French meaning "dynamic reconfigurable architectures for embedded mobile autonomous systems") is both a scientific project and the experimental, instrumented building that houses it. Dedicated to research on ambient intelligence, it also has a photovoltaic facade and roof, enabling work to be done on new energy conversion systems.
