The CRNL studies the functioning of the brain, from the gene and the cell to behaviour and cognition, from the bench to the patient, in basic and clinical research. It is interested in the organisation of the central nervous system, cognitive functions, mental states and associated brain disorders. It crosses various scientific disciplines and uses different models and technologies in integrative, cognitive and clinical neuroscience.
