Deaf witnesses, silent witnesses
This film has two objectives. The first one is to make known the consequences on the deaf community of the racial hygiene law imposed by Hitler in 1933. This resulted in the sterilisation of a number of handicapped among them the deaf. The second one is the obligatory abortion and the first extermination of T4 program.
