Computer-assisted proteins
The Institut de Biologie et Chimie des Protéines, a CNRS laboratory associated with the University of Lyon, has developed a software program, ANTHEPROT (ANalyse THEorique des PROTéines), which enables the manipulation and analysis of three-dimensional models of protein structures.
