Banc de caractérisation de luminescence hyperspectrale grand champ. Ce banc optique permet de caractériser des cellules photovoltaïques complètes ou chacun des matériaux qui les constituent sur une surface pouvant atteindre 18 x 18 cm². La luminescence (photoluminescence ou électroluminescence) des cellules est collectée par un filtre hyperspectral qui permet d’obtenir des images dont chaque pixel correspond à un spectre. Son grand champ de vision permet de caractériser l’homogénéité de performance des cellules sur toute leur surface.
