Observation de la surface d'un échantillon au microscope électronique à balayage (MEB) de la plateforme mutualisée Macle-CVL (microscopies, imageries et ressources analytiques en région Centre-Val de Loire). Ce MEB permet d'obtenir des informations sur la morphologie d'un échantillon. Il est également possible de coupler les analyses chimiques et structurales. Cet équipement est mis au service de la communauté scientifique de la région Centre-Val de Loire.
