Addition d'un solvant à un mélange réactionnel au moyen d'une seringue. Cette technique permet de prélever un solvant distillé sous atmosphère contrôlée (argon ou diazote) et de le transférer dans un mélange réactionnel sous atmosphère contrôlée.
