Observation d'une poudre d'aluminium destinée à la préparation d'une lame mince pour la microscopie électronique en transmission (MET), sur le poste de pilotage d'un microscope électronique à balayage à faisceau d'ions focalisés (MEB-FIB). Cet équipement combine une colonne électronique pour imager l'échantillon pendant l'usinage et une colonne ionique à faisceau d'ions focalisés (FIB).
