Installation d’un échantillon sur un banc de spectrométrie angulaire pour l’analyse de la lumière qu'il réfléchit, transmet ou diffracte. La gamme spectrale couvre le visible et l’infrarouge de 400 nm à 16 µm grâce à l’utilisation d’un spectromètre à transformée de Fourier. Le montage goniométrique a une résolution angulaire de plus ou moins 0,5 °C. Il est utilisé pour la caractérisation de structures nanophotoniques (plasmonique, cristaux photoniques, métasurfaces,…) et de dispositifs photovoltaïques.
