Mise en place d'un échantillon de silicium sur un support permettant l'implantation ionique à la température ambiante et sur une surface allant jusqu'à 25 cm2. L'implanteur ionique moyen courant est ici utilisé pour la création de défauts en Physique des Matériaux. Plusieurs supports sont possibles permettant l'implantation d'éléments dans une large gamme de température allant de l'azote liquide à 800 °C.
