Reconstruction de l’arbre vasculaire de ganglions lymphatiques en microscopie confocale multi-couleur
Reconstruction of the vascular tree of lymph nodes, in multicolour confocal microscopy. Mice were initially treated with Tamoxifen and then immunised a week later with Freund's complete adjuvant (a mixture of lipids and antigens designed to stimulate immunity). Three weeks later, the draining lymph nodes were dissected and observed using confocal microscopy.
