Observation au microscope confocal d'une rétine de souris montée entre une lame et une lamelle

Observation under the confocal microscope of a mouse retina mounted between a slide and a coverslip. This microscope enables observation and production of very shallow images in tissues or cell layers. The goal is to see whether the virus injected into the retina has properly transduced the target cells (fluorescence).

CNRS Images,

Our work is guided by the way scientists question the world around them and we translate their research into images to help people to understand the world better and to awaken their curiosity and wonderment.
