Inhibiteur de synthèse fixé dans le coeur catalytique d'une enzyme. L'objectif de ces recherches est de comprendre la catalyse de réactions chimiques par les enzymes (biocatalyseurs). Il s'agit également de développer des agents bloquants d'enzymes d'organismes pathogènes pouvant servir de base au développement de nouveaux antibiotiques.
