Installation dans un automate (cBbot) d'une barrette à 8 puits, contenant des échantillons d'ADN à séquencer. Cet appareil permet l'hybridation des molécules d'ADN sur une lame "flow cell" et la génération de clusters clonaux à partir d'une molécule d'ADN.
