Couple de requin corail, "Triaenodon obesus", dans la grotte Matateteïko, île de Nuku Hiva, dans l'archipel des îles Marquises. Cette photographie a été prise pendant la campagne océanographique "Pakaihi ite Moana" en 2012. L'objectif était de collecter des données sur un patrimoine naturel marin marquisien présumé exceptionnel, mais peu connu et de permettre aux autorités polynésiennes d'envisager la gestion future de cet espace.
