Microscope confocal pour imagerie 3D de fluorescence. La microscopie confocale permet de reconstituer la forme tridimentionnelle d'un objet. Il est possible de visualiser des structures membranaires de phospholipides, appelées vésicules ou liposomes, présentant des domaines lipidiques issus de la ségrégation thermodynamique des constituants de la membrane. Ces domaines lipidiques sont des modèles des "rafts" ou radeaux lipidiques, dont l'existence a été démontrée dans les membranes cellulaires.
