Préparation de l'enfleurage, opération qui consiste à extraire le parfum des fleurs par macération. Des centaines de pétales de roses, "Rosa centifolia", seront versés dans de l'huile, ingrédient de base des parfums dans l'Antiquité. Ces opérations permettront de fabriquer de l'huile parfumée à la rose, selon une recette du livre de Dioscorides "De Materia Medica". Image extraite du film "Le parfum retrouvé".
