Reconstitution des procédés de fabrication de matières picturales san par Stephen Townley Bassett, un artiste recréant des peintures rupestres à partir de produits naturels collectés dans la région (coquille d'½ufs d'autruche, ocres, sang, graisse animale, etc.) appliqués avec un pinceau en poils d'antilope. Broyage de l'ocre sur une pierre préalablement chauffée pour ajuster la couleur du pigment. Eastern Cape, Afrique du Sud.
