Appréciation hédonique (par consommation sur sujets non entraînés) de vin à différents degrés d'alcool. Préparation de la dégustation dans la cuisine du laboratoire. Dégustation dans des petits gobelets en plastique, tri libre. On demande aux sujets de regrouper les vins qui se ressemblent sur des critères de leur choix.
