Manipulation d'embryons de souris sous une loupe binoculaire. On transfère les embryons d'une goutte à une autre, à l'aide de pipettes étirées à la flamme, et reliées à un tubule en plastique permettant au manipulateur d'aspirer les embryons dans la pipette puis de les expirer dans une autre goutte.
