Cellule d'analyse d'un cytomètre en flux/trieur à haute vitesse de type ARIA (Becton Dickinson). La cytométrie en flux est une technique qui permet de mesurer la taille et la fluorescence de cellules (des dizaines de milliers de cellules par seconde) et de déterminer très facilement la concentration des différentes populations picoplanctoniques (phytoplancton inf 2µm) des échantillons marins.
