Turbopropulseur composé d'un rotor et d'un stator, monté sur un bateau pour des tests réalisés sur la Seine le 11 juillet 1929. Office national des recherches scientifiques et industrielles et des inventions (ONRSII). Conçu par M. Vallat, il est couplé avec un moteur de la maison Panhard et Levassor. Des tests ont permis de calculer sa puissance de traction, ainsi que sa vitesse.
