L'Institut photovoltaïque d'Ile-de-France (IPVF) dispose de plusieurs fours, à recuit rapide ou à diffusion plus lente sous différentes atmosphères, ainsi que des étuves de séchage. Ils sont particulièrement importants pour les procédés semiconducteurs.
