Réalisation d'un clonage par la méthode golden gate, ou assemblage de fragments d'ADN. Cette méthode permet d'assembler facilement plusieurs fragments d'ADN (gènes, régions régulatrices...) afin de tester leur rôle dans des plantes transgéniques.
