Eric Collet est enseignant-chercheur à l'Institut de physique de Rennes. Il est spécialisé dans l'étude de la transformation ultra-rapide de matériaux et de molécules par la lumière. Cette expertise quasi unique au monde, lui vaut de recevoir en 2020 la médaille d'argent du CNRS.
