Mr. Herriot President of the Council opens the 1924 salon
In October 1924, Edouard Herriot opened the 2nd Salon des Arts Ménagers, a family and consumer trade fair. After lunch he stopped by the stand showing the "motolaveuse", a dish washer of the time. A worker explained its operation to him.
