Motogodille boat

Sitting in a boat, the members of the High Commission of the Inventions Department test the motogodille, a removable engine designed by Gabriel Trouche.
This engine make it possible to instantly change ordinary boats into self-propelled boats. It can be mounted and dismounted and like oars is used to propel and steer the boat. Submitted to military authorities, it was to equip the iron barges of the marine flotilla of Lake Prespa between 1917 and 1918.
