About Cultures
How to judge a person of foreign origin when we do not know his culture? Suzy Platiel, an ethnolinguist and an Africanist, in collaboration with Laurence Bellon, the vice president and coordinator of the children's court in Lille, involved since 2001 in training delivered to the National School of Magistracy.
This training aims to provide knowledge on cropping patterns of migrants, to establish a dialogue and avoid errors of judgment.
