Cyclones in the laboratory

In a Grenoble laboratory, researchers have access to a unique instrument: the largest turntable in the world, 14 meters in diameter. They benefit from a remarkable instrument for modeling experimentally the effect of the Coriolis Force on atmospheric and ocean flow, which are major phenomena on our planet.
